South Texas native, Ashlee Rose, burst onto the Texas music scene before she was old enough to be called a teenager. Her fast rising early career included music awards aplenty along with newspaper and magazine coverage- most notably a spot in "Seventeen Magazine" at the age of 14. Through the years, the petite songstress honed her gutsy guitar skills to complement her amazing vocal ability. With a bit of life experience, her songwriting took off to prove that not only could Ashlee deliver a heartfelt ballad, but that she could write one as well.
In 2003, a five-song EP was released on TEG Records which featured her very first song, "Drive," along with a couple of co-written songs with producer, Chris Lieck. Her 2006 "Iron Roses" CD, also on TEG, has gained critical acclaim with 13 co-written songs ranging from bluesey rock to saucy pop rock. Ashlee Rose is currently writing material for a new CD that will have an organic blend of Texas folk and pop rock.
Nowadays, with ten years stage experience, Ashlee Rose, now 21, is enjoying a solo career with a repertoire that ranges from Patsy Cline to Guns & Roses and all points in between.
